Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent in-home or at-work routine healthcare services to members within the scope of your training and experience.
· Maintain professionalism and respect for all patients.
· Keep medical information and records in accordance to HIPAA privacy standards.
· Use Day in the Life Of protocols to guide daily activities relating to patient care and interaction.
· Follow policy and procedure manual.
· Report abuse or neglect of any patients.
· Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements of the State of Missouri.

Requirements:
· Passionate about healthcare and desire to really make a difference.
· Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Missouri. Dual license in Kansas is preferred.
· 2+ years of practical experience as a Nurse Practitioner. Experience in family medicine or urgent/emergency care.
· DEA is preferred (will assist to obtain).
· Personable and able to connect easily with patients.
· Good etiquette and bedside manners.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and able to stand on your own and make decisions independently.
· Must have a valid MO driver's license.
· Basic technology skills with PCs, Cell Phone, Electronic Records, etc.
· Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
