The 4 State APN chapter met on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Wilders Steakhouse, Joplin, MO.

A presentation was given by Dr. Mark Vandewalder on Assessing Asthma Control: New Tools and Strategies and Role of Symbicort in Asthma Control.

The meeting was opened by Nancy Willis-Smith and introductions were made.

A treasurer report was submitted by Melinda Hoover:

Income: $200.00

Expenses: $77.80

Balance: $1772.83

A discussion was held regarding SB 724 and procedures for chart reviews.

The next dinner meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21^st, 6:30 PM at Wilders.
